This issue aimed to raise funds by offering eligible shareholders one new share for every two held. Due to the specifics of SME rights issues, 560 shares were un-allotted. Post-allotment, the company's paid-up equity share capital increased from Rs. 10.79 Cr to Rs. 16.18 Cr, reflecting the successful capital raise.
