Vitthal Das Agarwal, a member of RMC Switchgears' promoter group, has gifted 94,800 equity shares to Ankit Agrawal, his grandson and also a promoter of the company. This off-market inter-se transfer represents 0.90% of the company's total equity. The transaction shifts ownership within the promoter family without altering the overall promoter holding. The company's equity share capital remains at Rs 10.55 Cr, while the total diluted share capital stands at Rs 10.93 Cr. This internal share reallocation maintains existing promoter control and alignment.
