RMC Switchgears Limited announced that Ankit Agarwal, a promoter, acquired 0.85 Cr equity shares through an off-market inter-se gift transfer from Vitthal Das Agrawal HUF and Vitthal Das Agrawal, without consideration. This acquisition significantly increased Ankit Agarwal's individual stake to 1.87 Cr shares, or 17.72% of the total share capital, from 9.71% previously. The overall promoter and promoter group holding now stands at 5.50 Cr shares, representing 52.09% of the total share capital, strengthening their control.
