Genus Prime Infra's Board fixed February 06, 2026, as the Record Date for its Scheme of Arrangement. Shareholders of Yajur Commodities Limited will receive new shares in Genus Prime Infra. For every 5 equity shares of Yajur Commodities (face value Rs. 10), holders get 3 equity shares of Genus Prime Infra (face value Rs. 2). Additionally, for every 1 preference share (face value Rs. 100) of Yajur Commodities, holders receive 1 preference share (face value Rs. 100) of Genus Prime Infra. Fractional entitlements will be rounded up. Genus Prime Infra's new equity shares will list on BSE, but preference shares will not.
