Craftsman Automation's board approved a new Ludhiana plant to boost operational convenience and customer service. It requires an estimated investment of Rs. 60 Cr, with 90% funded by term loans and 10% by internal accruals, adding 5% to Powertrain capacity in 9-12 months.
