    NIIT Learning Systems' Board approved a corporate guarantee of USD 10.5 mn for its US subsidiary, NIIT (USA) Inc. This backs a term loan (up to USD 10 mn) from ICICI Bank NY to partially fund the Sweetrush Inc. acquisition. This creates a contingent liability.
