Supreme Petrochem's Q3 FY26 operating income declined 10% YoY to Rs. 1,265 Cr (Net Profit: Rs. 30 Cr), mainly due to lower styrene monomer (SM) prices. 9M FY26 operating income reached Rs. 3,751 Cr (Net Profit: Rs. 159 Cr).
The new ABS plant, commissioned in Sep 2025, had operations suspended in Dec due to a critical equipment malfunction; it is under warranty and insured. EPS Phase 2 is expected to be operational by Feb/Mar.
Management anticipates a stronger Q4 with robust OEM demand and stabilized SM prices. The company remains debt-free with an investible surplus of Rs. 463 Cr and is focusing on ABS compounds to mitigate market volatility.
