Sagar Cements' Q3 FY26 revenue rose 5% YoY to ₹591 Cr, but EBITDA was flat at ₹38 Cr, with a ₹64 Cr loss. Volumes grew 8%. Management anticipates FY26 volumes of 6 million tonnes and FY27 at 7 million tonnes. Q4 EBITDA/tonne is guided at ₹550. Operational efficiencies from new preheater at Andhra Cements (targeting Q4 breakeven), upcoming WHRS at Gudipadu, and Jeerabad expansion aim to cut costs significantly. Vizag land monetization will fetch ~₹350 Cr over 18 months to reduce net debt from ₹1,450 Cr. Recent cement price hikes of ₹5-₹20 are noted. Focused on efficiency and deleveraging.
