V-Guard's board approved Q3 consolidated results: Revenue ₹1,403.51 Cr, Profit ₹57.06 Cr. Also re-appointed Prof. Biju Varkkey & appointed Dr. Reena Philip as directors. 4,09,887 ESOS shares were allotted. An in-principle merger of Sunflame with the company was also approved.
