    Pavna Industries' board has approved investing Rs 0.04 Cr to acquire 80% control in subsidiary Pavna SMC Pvt Ltd. This new unit will manufacture electronic components for the auto (ICE & EV) and other industries, a strategic move. They also approved a postal ballot.
