TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited — JV/Acquisition, 28-01-2026: Acquisition

TVS SCS's wholly-owned subsidiary, FIT 3PL, is acquiring 100% of Swamy & Sons 3PL (S&S3PL) for ₹88 crore. This strategic acquisition significantly strengthens TVS SCS's capabilities in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and consumer durables (FMCD) sectors. S&S3PL, which generated ₹207 crore revenue in FY25, expands TVS SCS's market leadership and distribution networks, especially in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The deal is expected to drive revenue and profit growth through operational synergies and enhanced regional execution.
