Heritage Foods reported Q3 FY26 revenue of ₹1,119.2 Cr, up ~8% YoY, with 9MFY26 revenue climbing 9% to ₹3,368.4 Cr, despite higher procurement costs and adverse weather. Milk sales volumes grew 2.1% YoY, and Value-Added Products (VAP) revenue jumped 13.8% to ₹327.1 Cr, now contributing 38.4% of total revenue including Ghee/Butter. The Nutrivet feed segment also showed strong growth, with volumes up 34% and revenues up 27% YoY. However, Q3 PAT declined 20% to ₹34.6 Cr, and 9MFY26 PAT was down 16% to ₹125.6 Cr, with diluted EPS also falling.
Strategic growth is driven by expanding the VAP portfolio for better margins and digital engagement. Recent moves include acquiring a 51% stake in Get-A-Way Ice Creams and commissioning a new ice cream plant targeting commercial production by March 2026. New product launches like High Protein Paneer and A2 Creamy Curd further diversify offerings. Management anticipates growth and margin recovery from improving milk availability, seasonal demand, and these VAP expansions, emphasizing innovation and farmer partnerships for long-term value.
