Himadri Speciality Chemical reported strong financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 2025. Q3 standalone PAT grew 37% YoY to ₹195 Cr, with 9M standalone PAT up 41% YoY to ₹564 Cr, already surpassing FY25 PAT. The company initiated trial production at its expanded speciality carbon black plant (now world's largest single-site) and commissioned a new Mangalore port terminal. Management expects PAT to double from FY25 to FY28. Significant focus is on battery materials, with the first 40,000 MTPA LFP cathode phase on track for Q3 FY27, targeting full utilization by FY29. Future growth will be funded by internal accruals without dilution. Management expressed confidence in quality, global cost competitiveness, and a full pass-through model for lithium price fluctuations.
