Recent developments include acquiring a 51% stake in QTrino Labs, a deep tech cybersecurity firm, and initiating Satin Growth Alternatives, a Category II AIF, to fund underserved MSMEs, led by an all-women board. Management aims for credit costs below FY25 levels (4.6%), while Q3-FY26 stood at 4.2%, signaling a focus on sustained performance and unlocking subsidiary value.
