    eClerx reported strong Q3 results: total revenue up 25.9% YoY to INR 1,101.7 Cr, and PAT surged 40.1% YoY to INR 192.0 Cr. Operating revenue hit $121.7 million (up 20.9% YoY). The Board also proposed a 1:1 bonus share issue. Headcount rose 18% YoY to 21,847.
