LT Foods reported strong 9M FY26 revenue of ₹8,085 Cr, up 24% (19% normalized), with Q3 revenue at ₹2,812 Cr, up 23% (13% normalized). Profit after tax for 9M was ₹490 Cr and Q3 was ₹157 Cr. Gross margins improved due to lower input costs. The Basmati & Specialty Rice segment, 88% of revenue, grew 26% (21% normalized) globally. Organic Foods grew 15%. ROCE improved to 20.3%, and Net Debt/EBITDA was healthy at 0.95.

The company's strategy focuses on expanding its core business, widening distribution, and growing its product portfolio, aiming for digital transformation, margin expansion, and strengthening brand equity. A final determination on the Countervailing Duty (CVD) for Ecopure Specialities is expected by February 17, 2026. Basmati crop production for 2025 is projected lower. Recent launches include traceable organic products and global marketing campaigns. Management sees significant growth opportunities in Basmati and Specialty Rice markets globally, driven by increasing consumption and ethnic cuisine popularity, while prioritizing ESG initiatives.
