Ironwood Education Ltd — Important, 28-01-2026: Company Update

Ironwood Education has entered a Joint Development Agreement with AVA Lifespaces LLP for a Mumbai-based Slum Rehabilitation project on a 1,752.53 Sq.m plot. Ironwood will not make any capital contribution, while AVA Lifespaces will bear all project costs and funding. AVA Lifespaces will also provide a refundable security deposit of ₹5.50 Cr. Upon project completion, Ironwood will receive 70% of the net profits. This strategic move allows Ironwood to participate in real estate development with minimal financial risk and substantial profit potential, despite involving related parties in an arm's length transaction.
