Manba Finance Board approved Q3 & nine-month financial results. Q3 PAT was ₹13.08 Cr, EPS ₹2.60. A second interim dividend of ₹0.25/share was declared, payable by Feb 20 (Record Date: Feb 6). NCD funds were utilized as planned, asset cover maintained.
