Canara Bank posted Q3 consolidated net profit of ₹5,253.67 Cr. Strategic divestments yielded ~₹1,800 Cr profit, offset by an ₹1,833 Cr extraordinary loss from an associate amalgamation. Gross NPAs were 2.08%. The bank also raised ₹3,500 Cr via Tier I bonds.
