Adani Power Limited — Board Meeting, 29-01-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

Adani Power's board approved the financial results for the quarter and nine months. Q3 FY26 consolidated Net Profit was ₹2,488 Cr. The company also secured a new 3,200 MW PPA with Assam DISCOM and raised ₹7,500 Cr via NCDs for expansion. 90% of operating capacity is now under long-term PPAs.
