MHRIL's Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue grew 10% YoY to ₹782.5 Cr. Standalone income rose 6% to ₹415 Cr, with PAT up 8% to ₹54.9 Cr. Resort revenue (excluding Holiday Club Resorts) climbed 16% to ₹125 Cr, maintaining 81.5% occupancy. Consolidated PAT, however, dropped significantly to ₹1.4 Cr, primarily due to one-off forex losses compared to a gain in the prior year. Holiday Club Resorts' performance was affected by macro headwinds.

The company is focused on India's strong economic and hospitality growth, aiming for 12,000 keys by FY30. Strategies include enhancing member experience and building a luxury leisure brand. MHRIL added 273 keys across 3 new resorts (Ambaghat, Bandhavgarh, Jim Corbett), with 3 more projects underway. A new 'Keystone' premium membership, offering exclusive access, launched in December. Member upgrades surged 12% YoY. Standalone EBITDA jumped 17% YoY to ₹149.1 Cr. Sales value for new memberships and upgrades increased 21% to ₹185 Cr, with Average Unit Realization (AUR) up 58% to ₹9.70 Lakh. New member additions declined 50%. Management highlights expanding the network and enhancing offerings to drive long-term value.
