REC Limited's board has announced a 3rd interim dividend of ₹4.60 per equity share for FY 2025-26. This payout applies to shares with a face value of ₹10 each. To be eligible, shareholders must be on record by February 6, 2026. The dividend will be paid on or before February 27, 2026.
