ITC has announced a board meeting approving consolidated results for Q3 & 9M ended Dec 2025. Net Profit from continuing operations hit ₹5018.45 Cr. An interim dividend of ₹6.50 per share was declared. Note: Hotels business demerged Jan 1, 2025.
