B-Right Realestate Limited's material subsidiary, B-Right Realestate Ventures LLP, has acquired an 89.99% stake in Danchi Developers LLP for Rs. 89,990. This makes Danchi Developers a step-down subsidiary, expanding the company's real estate portfolio. The acquired entity will develop a project on 4,256.7 Sq. Mtr. of land, projected to yield a total sales area of 1,39,030 Sq. Ft. with an estimated Gross Development Value of Rs. 181 Crore. This strategic move strengthens the company's presence in real estate development with a significant new project.
