    Orient Cement's board approved Q3 & 9M FY26 results. Net profit for the quarter surged to ₹27.80 Cr (vs ₹10.14 Cr YoY). The scheme of amalgamation with Ambuja Cements (33 Ambuja shares for 100 Orient shares) was also approved.
