    Asian Hotels (North) allotted 8,35,539 equity shares to ELANA HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. at Rs. 330/share, raising Rs. 27.57 Cr. This increases Elana Holdings' stake from 12.34% to 15.52% and boosts the company's equity capital from Rs. 22.19 Cr to Rs. 23.03 Cr.
