    Prestige Estates' Board approved Q3 and 9-month consolidated results. Q3 Net Profit hit ₹244.7 Cr on ₹3,872.6 Cr revenue. Subsidiary Prestige Hospitality filed DRHP for an IPO targeting up to ₹2,700 Cr. Group also boosted stakes in some subsidiaries.
