Share India Securities' Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue rose 9% YoY to Rs. 372 Cr, with PAT up 8% to Rs. 89 Cr. Standalone results showed stronger growth. The MTF book increased 3% QoQ to Rs. 457 Cr, and Average Daily Turnover (ADTO) surged 29% QoQ to Rs. 9,700 Cr, driven by commodity trading and market stability. Active broking clients grew 1% QoQ, and institutional clients by 13%.
Management is cautiously optimistic, focusing on new growth areas: wealth management (AIF, PMS), debt markets (Share India Cred Capital), and the Silverleaf merger. Branch expansion in Tier-3 cities and digital marketing are planned to double the MTF book to Rs. 900-1000 Cr within two years. The company maintains a positive outlook for future growth, leveraging new initiatives and market recovery.
