    AIA Engineering has announced a board meeting. It approved robust Q3 consolidated financial results with net profit at ₹292.95 Cr. The board appointed Mr. Nitin Shukla as an Independent Director and increased its stake in Vega MPS to 70%. Factory closures at Welcast Steels and Nagpur unit were also decided.
