Ambuja Cements, a key Adani Cement platform player, reported robust Q3 FY26 results. Consolidated cement volume grew 17% YoY to 18.9 MnT, with revenue up 20% to ₹10,277 Cr. EBITDA surged 53% YoY to ₹1,353 Cr, and EBITDA per tonne increased 31% to ₹718. Normalized Profit After Tax (PAT) for Q3 soared 258% YoY to ₹378 Cr. The company maintains a debt-free status with a ₹69,854 Cr net worth.

The "One Cement Platform" strategy is consolidating operations, with Sanghi and Penna Cement amalgamations nearing completion by March 2026. Capacity expanded to 109 MTPA via new units in Marwar (2.4 MTPA) and Bhatapara (4 MTPA clinker), targeting 155 MTPA by March 2028. Renewable energy reached 898 MW, aiming for 1,122 MW by FY27. Acquired asset utilization improved from 37% to 65%. Cost optimization targets ₹1,500 EBITDA per tonne and ₹3,650 per tonne cost by March 2028, boosted by green power.

Management projects continued double-digit growth, with cement demand outpacing India's GDP. Strategic initiatives and operational excellence aim for sustained profitability.
