Nalco's Board has approved a 2nd Interim Dividend of Rs. 4.50 per share (90% on face value of Rs. 5) for FY2025-26. The total payout for this interim dividend is Rs. 826.48 Cr. The Record Date for eligible shareholders is February 6. Payment will be made on or before March 1.
