Revenue grew 20% YoY to Rs 10,277 Cr in Q3, and 22% YoY to Rs 29,740 Cr for 9M. Normalized profit after tax surged 258% YoY to Rs 378 Cr in Q3 and 42% YoY to Rs 1,984 Cr for 9M, with Net Sales Price (NSP) per bag up 2% YoY.
Ambuja is strategically consolidating ACC and Orient Cement into a 'One Cement Platform' for long-term value. Capacity expansion is a key driver, currently at 109 MTPA, targeting 155 MTPA by Mar’28. Cost leadership is paramount, aiming for Rs 3,650 per tonne by Mar’28 through higher green power adoption (60% target by Mar’28) and operational efficiencies.
Recent developments include the operationalization of a 2.4 MTPA grinding unit in Marwar and 225 MW of new solar power, reaching 898 MW renewable capacity. Capacity utilization of acquired assets significantly improved. Digital initiatives like CiNOC are empowering sales and operations.
Management is bullish on continued double-digit volume and revenue growth, projecting an EBITDA of Rs 1,500 per tonne by March 2028. The company remains debt-free with a robust net worth of Rs 69,854 Cr, providing strong capital for its expansion plans.
