    Ashoka Buildcon's board approved Q3 FY26 consolidated financial results. Revenue hit ₹1,827 Cr. Net profit surged to ₹2,111 Cr, mainly due to a large gain from BOT subsidiary divestment. Also re-appointed Mr. Ashok Katariya as Chairman and Ms. Shilpa Hiran as Independent Director.
