    POWERGRID's Board met and approved Q3 consolidated financial results. Profit for the quarter was ₹4,184.96 Cr, with revenue at ₹12,395.09 Cr. EPS hit ₹4.50. A second interim dividend of ₹3.25/share was declared. A ₹32,000 Cr borrowing plan for FY26 was also approved.
