NCLT sanctioned the amalgamation of Greenfuel Energy Solutions (step-down subsidiary) into Lumax Resources (wholly-owned subsidiary). Lumax Resources recorded 4.18 Cr cash losses in FY25, mainly from interest on a 110 Cr acquisition loan. Greenfuel has a 0.04 Cr customs penalty pending.
