Triveni Engineering reported strong Q3 & 9M FY26 results, driven by its Sugar and Distillery segments. Net revenue from operations grew 16.5% to ₹1,478.1 Cr in Q3, with 9M up 17.8% to ₹4,782.5 Cr. Profit Before Tax (PBT, pre-exceptional) surged 117.6% to ₹125.2 Cr in Q3 and 127.6% to ₹157.2 Cr for 9M, reflecting improved segment performance. Profit After Tax (PAT) rose 82.7% to ₹77.8 Cr in Q3.

Sugar segment profitability significantly improved due to higher sales, better prices, and recoveries, despite increased cane costs. Distillery operations saw a major turnaround from higher volumes and lower maize procurement. The Power Transmission business achieved modest growth, with its order book up 8%, and is seeing increased enquiries in Gears and Defence.

Key strategic moves include a corporate restructuring to amalgamate SSEL and demerge the Power Transmission business, aiming to unlock value. The company is also expanding its IMFL range to Delhi and pushing for international market share in Power Transmission. The Board declared an interim dividend of ₹1.50 per share.
