Navneet Education Limited — PPTs, 30-01-2026: Investor Presentation
Navneet Education reported Q3 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 251 Cr, a 10.4% year-on-year decline. This was largely due to minimal curriculum changes in Maharashtra and Gujarat, and lower exports to the USA. Despite this, domestic stationery sales grew a strong 21%. Profit After Tax (PAT) surged 349.9% YoY to Rs 117 Cr, boosted by a significant Rs 119 Cr exceptional gain, primarily from fair valuation of its K12 Techno Services investment.
Management expects publication business momentum to pick up as curriculum changes for higher grades are implemented. The company is investing in domestic non-paper stationery expansion and plans a new manufacturing facility in UAE by Q2 FY27 to address export challenges. A key strategic focus is NavneetAI, India's first custom education AI model. Piloted successfully in 300+ schools, NavneetAI aims to empower teachers and enhance student learning by leveraging Navneet's deep content and classroom insights.
