Lloyds Metals has allotted 60,000 Senior, Secured NCDs via private placement, each at ₹1 Lakh face value. This move brings in ₹600 Cr for the company (including a greenshoe option). These NCDs carry a 9.2% interest rate, secured by plant assets.
