    Cholamandalam Investment's board approved Q3 consolidated PAT of ₹1,290 Cr (+18.5% YoY). An interim dividend of ₹1.30/share was declared. AUM grew 20% YoY to ₹2.27 lakh Cr. Re-appointment of Mr. Anand Kumar as Independent Director was put for shareholder vote.
