Jupiter Life Line Hospitals reported a solid 15.1% YoY growth in total income, reaching Rs 1,111.9 crore for the nine months ended December 31, 2025. EBITDA also rose 15.2% to a corrected Rs 249.2 crore. While PBT saw a slight 2.3% dip to Rs 192.9 crore and PAT decreased 3.1% to Rs 143.9 crore, this was partly due to a Rs 6.4 crore charge from new Labour Code changes. Operational bed capacity expanded to 1,048, with IPD and OPD volumes growing, and Average Revenue Per Occupied Bed (ARPOB) increasing to Rs 762.4.

The company is aggressively expanding its footprint, with plans to add approximately 1,452 new beds, aiming for a total capacity of around 2,500. This includes new hospitals planned for Pune South (CY28) and Mira-Bhayandar (CY29).

A major recent development is the completion of the new Dombivli hospital, a 500-bed facility (with 200 beds initially operational), ahead of its Q1FY27 schedule, involving a Phase I capex of Rs 425 crore. OPD services are set to commence soon, with full clinical operations following by mid-February 2026. Management is pleased with the timely project delivery and focuses on strategic expansion.
