The Acquirers, who currently hold 0.367 Cr shares (71.39%), aim to acquire the remaining 0.147 Cr equity shares (28.61%) from public shareholders. This move seeks to achieve full ownership, enhance operational flexibility, streamline strategic decisions, and reduce ongoing listing compliance costs. Public shareholders will get an exit opportunity, with the delisting price determined through a reverse book building process, subject to board and public shareholder approvals.
