IDFC First Bank Limited — Board Meeting, 31-01-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

IDFC FIRST Bank's Board, at its meeting on January 31, 2026, approved the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. Consolidated net profit for the quarter rose to ₹478.65 crore. The Board also approved conversion of 124.99 crore CCPS into equity shares for key investors and issued 65.46 lakh ESOP shares.
