Abhishek Infraventures Limited has received a no-objection letter from the Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited for the reclassification of Mrs. Lakshmi Madhu, Mr. K. G. Madhusudhan, and Ms. Vidya Rajesh from the Promoter/Promoter Group to the Public shareholder category. This reclassification involves 3,200 shares, consequently shifting them to the public holding. This adjustment decreased the Promoter and Promoter Group shareholding from 26.41% to 26.34%, while Public shareholding increased from 73.59% to 73.66%. Shareholder approval was not required because the outgoing promoters hold less than one percent of total voting rights. The company is awaiting a similar letter from BSE Limited.
