Belrise proposes merging Badve Autocomps & Eximius Infra. This simplifies the structure, boosts efficiency, increases Content Per Vehicle, and is immediately EPS accretive. The combined entities add ~₹1,000 Cr revenue (net RPT) and accelerate shift to Tier-0.5 system supplier.
