Trent's subsidiary Booker India Limited has finalized its merger with step-down subsidiary THPL Support Services Limited, effective February 1, 2026, following an NCLT order. This strategic amalgamation aims to simplify the group structure, enhancing organizational, financial, and operational efficiencies. THPL, involved in warehousing, reported a FY25 turnover of Rs 42.08 Cr and a net worth of Rs 152.70 Cr. Booker India, operating cash and carry stores, had a turnover of Rs 164.45 Cr and a net worth of Rs 452.71 Cr. As THPL is a wholly-owned subsidiary, no consideration or share swap was involved, and Trent Limited's shareholding remains unchanged.
