Syschem (India) Limited's board has approved the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. For the quarter, revenue from operations was ₹161.64 Cr, with a profit after tax of ₹4.17 Cr. The board also approved a significant expansion of its existing plant, including new units for Amoxicillin and Ampicillin, and further expansion of the CDF unit. This ₹14 Cr expansion, funded by internal accruals/borrowings and expected by December 2026, aims to boost manufacturing capacity, efficiency, and revenue growth. Additionally, the company will expand its Effluent Treatment Plant and Multi-Effect Evaporator for environmental compliance.
