Utkarsh SFB reported a Q3 FY26 net loss of ₹375 Cr. Gross loans contracted 3.9% to ₹18,306 Cr, while deposits grew 4.5% to ₹21,087 Cr. The bank strategically shifted to secured lending (50% of portfolio) and granular deposits, improving GNPA QoQ to 11.0%. A ₹950 Cr rights issue boosted capital.
