Shriram Pistons & Rings Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 02-02-2026: Issue of Securities

Shriram Pistons (soon to be SPR Auto) plans to issue 100,000 secured Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis. Each NCD has a face value of Rs. 100,000, aiming to raise up to Rs. 1,000 Cr from eligible investors. These will be listed on NSE and secured by a first ranking charge on movable fixed assets.
