    Asian Hotels (North) Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 02-02-2026: Allotment of Securities

    Asian Hotels (North) allotted 65.05 lakh equity shares at Rs 330/share to ELANA HOLDINGS PTE. LTD., infusing Rs 214.67 Cr and increasing their stake to 39.83%. The company also raised Rs 300 Cr via 3,000 NCDs (face value Rs 10 lakh each) through private placement.
