    Asian Hotels (North) allotted 65.05 lakh equity shares to ELANA HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. at Rs 330/share, raising Rs 214.67 Cr and increasing ELANA's stake to 39.83%. The company also allotted 3,000 secured Non-Convertible Debentures via private placement, raising an additional Rs 300 Cr.
